Running around the Flattop area.

Not much to say about this run.  Just went out and messed around taking some new routes in the little snow thats up there right now.

Turnagain Arm Trail Run With Amber.

I didn't actually feel like going on this run. I had worked out pretty hard at the gym earlier that day and wasn't feeling very motivated to go. Happy I ended up going through.
I surprisingly didn't feel like I was working hard at all which was nice and I was almost totally pain free in my shins.

Flattop Alaska..

Got a PR up and down flattop today in 44:12. I wasn't trying to go fast but about half way up i realized I felt pretty good so I pushed it a bit. I definitely could have go harder on the way up but no big deal. After I decided to jog back up and take some pictures.
